Pilots flying for British Airways (BA) have voted down a major corporate proposal intended to restructure their compensation and career paths.
According to reports, just under 51% of participating pilots represented by the British Airline Pilots’ Association (BALPA)—which speaks for roughly 85% of UK pilots—narrowly opposed the changes.
